Delivery Information


We aim to delivery in 2-3 working days within UK mainland and 4-5 working days world wide.

Shipping Policy: UK including Northern Ireland,Wales and Scotland.

Only one economical postage or combined postage for £ 5.99 for as many items you want to buy.

We try to treat everyone throughout the UK in the same manner so we have a flat postage charge policy throughout UK.

Please be kindly advised that although we aim to dispatch 95% of items including the ones ordered by 12:30 p.m. the same day for a next day delivery.

However please please we strongly advised that don’t leave it to last minute and order well in advance. Because when there are third parties involved for delivering goods by experience we know that sometimes things get delayed.

Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Mondays and orders placed on Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. This item would normally take not more than 2 working days but please allow up to 3 working days for Highland, Northern & Southern Irelands and Channel Islands.

Please also note that £5.99 postage paid by the buyer is not a first class next day courier service we use. We contribute around £2 from our side to every delivery as a goodwill gesture and additional customer service to try to dispatch every order with first class next day delivery.

In an unfortunate event that your item got delayed for any unforeseen reason as there are third parties involved in the delivering please be advised that we will try to help you as much but please be kind enough not to held us responsible for any loss of earnings / or loss of business.

Any items you have bought for which the postage is free or at least £2.99 via Royal mail the above condition may or may not apply.

International Shipping Policy:

Due to Christmas rush Australian American European and Canadian customers are advised to Book/Reserve and Order before 10th December for on-time delivery.

We ship very frequently to Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, America, Europe ( all states) Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Malta and etc. We don’t publish our International postage rates as they go up and down so we like to give our customers very accurate lowest possible rates.We normally use DHL,UPS,TNT,DPD.

Drop us a message for a quote and you will pleased to see our lowest rates for International destinations specially Australia and Europe.

Lost or damaged items policy:

Due to small team and many orders every week we do not track all the deliveries so please it’s the responsibility of the buyer to contact us within 3/5 days of purchase date if they don’t receive the item.


If you have paid £ 5.99 postage then the item is sent via Tracked and insured courier and we will replace you instantaneously in 2-3 working days.



Please check your item straight upon delivery for any damages and report us as soon as possible .We will arrange the replacement for you straight away.

If You Have Simply Changed Your Mind
If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, then you are entitled to do so and have any money that you have paid to us refunded, provided that the goods have not been in your possession for more than 7 Working Days after the day on which you received the goods ('Working Day' means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). 

You will receive a refund via your original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 30 days after the cancellation of your order.

If we collect the goods from you, we will charge you for the cost of collection (and we may if we wish deduct this from your refund). 

Goods Are Faulty On Arrival
If you find that your goods are faulty on arrival, then you are entitled to a repair, replacement or a refund. Please note that for some goods it may be disproportionately costly to repair those goods, and so where this is the case, then we will give you a replacement or a refund.


Goods Become Faulty During Use

If your goods become faulty after delivery, we will always instruct you to contact us directly for a warranty repair or replacement. This is often the quickest way to have a fault resolved. 

Please note that in some cases it may be disproportionately costly to repair the goods, and so where this is the case, then you will receive replacement goods. Where any faulty goods are to be returned to us, then please ensure that you read our Return of Faulty Goods: Packaging Guidelines.

Goods Damaged On Arrival
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Please also contact us within 7 days with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed courier. Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, then we will replace them. In most cases, where goods are being returned to us due to damage on arrival, then a repair is simply not practicable.

Goods Not As Ordered
If you receive goods from us that differ from what you have ordered, then we require that you notify us within 7 days using our Online Returns Tool.

Goods Or Order Duplicated
In the event that that your order or goods have been duplicated by mistake, then please notify us as soon as possible using our Online Returns Tool.

Key information...

  • If you're returning something to us it's important that it is packaged correctly so that it does not get damaged during transit.
  • We therefore suggest that you package the item in its original packaging (assuming that you have the packaging and it is still intact).
  • Where it's not possible to use the original packaging, please ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged and cushioned to protect against any reasonable shocks, puncturing, scratching or damage that may occur during carriage, handing and/or sorting.
  • Where we have agreed to collect the goods from you, then our appointed carrier shall be entitled to inspect the quantity, condition and the packaging.
